Disabled Toilet Hire

Get a Quote

We offer disabled portable toilet hire across Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Lincoln, Leeds, Wakefield and Sheffield to make sure that your facilities are accessible for everyone.

These are larger than our standard portable toilets, with lower toilets and space to move a wheelchair around. These portable toilets also include baby changing facilities to make sure that everyone can be taken care of.

These are perfect for events and festivals, and you should always set aside some toilet units for the disabled if you are expecting large numbers of people to be in attendance.

    Hiring a disabled portable toilet

Talk to our friendly team today to discuss your portable toilet needs. We can advise you on how many you might need and organise a suitable time for delivery for your Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Lincoln, Leeds, Wakefield or Sheffield event

When we arrive, will check the suitability of the site to make sure that the location of the toilet is safe both for users and those around it, as well as ensuring we will be able to reach it for our weekly servicing.

    Disabled portable toilet servicing

Every portable toilet needs servicing in order to keep it working effectively. We will visit your site on the same day each week not only to clean your toilet and keep the essentials topped up, but also to empty the toilet tank and replace the necessary chemicals.

We will then deliver the waste to an Environment Agency facility to make sure that it is all dealt with responsibly, professionally and legally.

    Portable toilet concierge service

We also offer an additional Concierge Service to be on hand at all times. This will ensure that the toilets stay clean, maintained and fully stocked throughout the day, meaning that there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Once you book your portable toilets, we will visit the venue to assess where to put them, and arrange suitable times for delivery and collection, so there is nothing else for you to think about. That means you and your attendees, guests or event-goers can get on with enjoying the day whilst we take care of the toilet facilities.

    We've got you covered!

We’ve got you covered, regardless of how you intend to use our disabled portable toilets. We can provide you with a single portable toilet or large disabled toilet which come complete with baby changing facilities. This means whatever you need them for, we have a portable toilet that tick all of your boxes!

    • What is the minimum hire period?

We realise that the amount of time you need your portable toilet will vary. We can offer hire periods for a one-day event; however, this will incur a minimum charge.

We do charge for collection and delivery, so the longer the hire period, the lower the weekly charge works out. Please feel free to get in touch for a no obligation chat about your needs.

    • Where can the portable toilets be located?

Any portable toilet will need to be situated on level ground which can be accessed by our service vehicle. This vehicle needs to be no greater than 20 feet or 7 metres from the toilet.

The situation of the portable toilet will need to offer safe access and egress for the users as well as ensuring the safety of other passers-by. We will also need to take into consideration any neighbours, in order to avoid inconveniencing them or causing an obstruction.

    • Can the portable toilet be moved?

The portable toilet unit can be moved, but this must be done carefully and with our permission, so please give us a call before you attempt to do this.

If required, we can move the portable toilet for you at our next service visit, or we can arrange a special callout to come and do this for you sooner.

Should you require the unit to be moved to another site, we will do this for you, just call us to talk about your requirements.

    • How do I pay?

You are welcome to pay by credit or debit card, and direct debit payments are available if you think that you may require the unit for an extended period of time.

We can arrange a credit account for our regular customers.

    • How much notice do I need to give to hire a portable toilet?

We pride ourselves on being able to respond to your needs quickly, so we will usually only require a day or two of notice. We have a high number of units available and operate within Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and throughout the UK.

    • How much notice do you need to cancel the portable toilet hire?

We only require one day of notice to cancel your portable toilet hire, after the initial agreed minimum hire period, although it may take a day or so longer to arrange for collection of the unit.

    • What is included in the weekly service?

Our weekly service includes a thorough cleaning and sanitising of the interior of each unit. We will replenish the toilet tissue and hand cleanser and will also remove the waste.

As part of this, we will also replace the chemicals in the toilet to keep it functioning properly. This will ensure that the toilet remains clean and pleasant for everyone to use throughout the week. We will ensure that our servicing visits take place on the same day each week.

Your Get Loos Service Technician will advise which day each week following delivery the service visit will take place.
