Find out everything you need to know about portable toilet hire.
We are always happy to answer anything you need to know, but here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire portable toilet hire services.
We realise that the amount of time you need your portable toilet will vary. We can offer hire periods for a one-day event; however, this will incur a minimum charge.
We do charge for collection and delivery, so the longer the hire period, the lower the weekly charge works out. Please feel free to get in touch for a no obligation chat about your needs.
Any portable toilet will need to be situated on level ground which can be accessed by our service vehicle. This vehicle needs to be no greater than 20 feet or 7 metres from the toilet.
The situation of the portable toilet will need to offer safe access and egress for the users as well as ensuring the safety of other passers-by. We will also need to take into consideration any neighbours, in order to avoid inconveniencing them or causing an obstruction.
You are welcome to pay by credit or debit card, and direct debit payments are available if you think that you may require the unit for an extended period of time.
We can arrange a credit account for our regular customers.
We pride ourselves on being able to respond to your needs quickly, so we will usually only require a day or two of notice. We have a high number of units available and operate within Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and throughout the UK.
We only require one day of notice to cancel your portable toilet hire, after the initial agreed minimum hire period, although it may take a day or so longer to arrange for collection of the unit.
To ensure your convenience, we provide weekly toilet servicing, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Our typical service window is between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. While we strive to adhere to this schedule, please understand that external factors like traffic, necessary maintenance, and unexpected events can sometimes cause delays.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact our team who will be happy to help find a solution.
The portable toilet units can be moved, but this must be done carefully and with our permission, so please give us a call before you attempt to do this.
If required, we can move the portable toilet for you at our next service visit, or we can arrange a special callout to come and do this for you sooner.
Should you require the unit to be moved to another site, we will do this for you, just call us to talk about your requirements.

Ensuring your portable toilet is in a suitable location is a must. If possible, place your portable toilet out of the way of extreme winds or snowfall as the longer your toilet is subjected to harsh weather the more likely you are to sustain damage. We can still attend site if required but we are unable to use our equipment safely, please speak to a member of the team if you have any queries.
