
Since launching in 2021, rapid growth created pressures around managing enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and keeping operations efficient as demand increased.
To support our expansion, the business accessed specialist help through the East Midlands Chamber’s Accelerator programme. Through the High Growth Accelerator Project, Get Loos secured grants and growth vouchers, as well as Director Development Training.
The CRM and automation tools now save the team around 15 hours per week, reduce missed opportunities, support higher workloads without additional admin recruitment, and give the whole team clearer visibility over the customer journey. As a result, Get Loos is more efficient, more competitive, and better equipped to scale sustainably.
The support received through the Accelerator programme has strengthened our systems, streamlined our operations, and boosted our capacity to grow with confidence.
